Terms of Service
Effective: [Owner to confirm: effective date of this version]
These terms apply to the artifysols.com website and to the Control Center software provided by [Owner to confirm: company legal name] ("Artify Solutions", "we"). Registered address: [Owner to confirm: registered business address]. Contact: [Owner to confirm: contact email].
Customer contracts, statements of work or order forms that we sign with you take precedence over these terms where they differ. [Owner to confirm: confirm how your customer contracts relate to these terms]
1. The service
The Control Center lets a business manage its website content, customer enquiries, marketing pages and social media accounts (publishing, inbox, analytics). Features depend on the plan or project agreed with us and on the permissions Meta and other platforms grant.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your login details secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Administrators decide who in their organization gets which role. Tell us promptly if you think an account was compromised.
3. Connected third-party accounts
If you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, you confirm you are allowed to manage it. You remain bound by Meta's terms and policies, and by the rules of any other platform you connect. We act on those accounts only as you instruct through the Control Center, and you can disconnect an account at any time. We are not responsible for a platform changing, limiting or withdrawing access.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content, and no spam.
- No attempts to disrupt, probe or bypass the security of the service, or to access another customer's data.
- Use automation features (for example automatic replies) responsibly and in line with the rules of the platforms involved.
5. Your content and data
You keep ownership of the content and data you put into the service. You give us the right to host, process and display it as needed to provide the service to you. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Our intellectual property
We and our licensors own the software, design and documentation. Work product created for you under a separate agreement belongs to whoever that agreement says. [Owner to confirm: confirm ownership of custom work and any open-source or third-party licences you want to mention]
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation unless a signed agreement says so. We may change or retire features; where a change materially affects you we will give reasonable notice. [Owner to confirm: add any service-level commitment you actually offer, or leave this sentence as is]
8. Fees
[Owner to confirm: describe fees and payment terms, or state that fees are set in each order form or statement of work]
9. Suspension and ending
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or others. On ending, you can ask for an export of your data and for deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
[Owner to confirm: limitation of liability and warranty wording, to be written or approved by your lawyer. Do not publish this page without it.]
11. Governing law
[Owner to confirm: governing law and courts, for example the law of the country where the company is registered]
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
